Mission Statement:
As a service and bid committee of young, sober alcoholics, the sole aim of SCUBYPAA is to present a well-rounded program of sobriety to all who are interested by showing others the same set of principles and actions that have been transmitted, unchanged, from one alcoholic to another for the past 87 years through the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. Our aim is to create a unified community of young people in AA in the Southern California area (defined by San Luis Obispo to the southernmost California Border) by bidding for the ICYPAA Conference and carrying the message of recovery.
